Stay Focused Consultants, LLC is a U.S.-based consulting practice providing professional development, program audits, curriculum support, industry partnership strategy, keynote speaking, and digital instructional resources for career and technical education programs.

Paid downloads (such as unit plans and advisory kits) are licensed, not sold. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by the purchasing educator and the students of their program or district. You may reproduce materials internally for instructional use. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute them outside your organization.

Free tools and downloads are provided for professional use with the same internal-use license and without warranty of fitness for any particular program, credential, or regulatory requirement.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by email with a secure, time-limited download link after payment is confirmed.

Consulting, professional development, and keynote engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, schedule, travel, and fees. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Our safety checklists and shop-related materials are instructional aids, not a substitute for OSHA compliance, state regulations, manufacturer guidance, district policy, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for the safety of your lab, shop, and students.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials in a way that infringes our intellectual property or the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay Focused Consultants, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
