Refund Policy

If a paid download (unit plan, advisory kit, or similar digital resource) isn't a fit for your program, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No lengthy justification required — a sentence about what didn't work helps us improve.

Email wespeak@stayfocusedconsultants.com from the address used at checkout, with your order date and the product name. We respond to refund requests within two business days.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Engagements are governed by the signed proposal or contract. Unless that agreement states otherwise: deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the scheduled date, cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit, and non-refundable travel already booked on your behalf is billed at cost. We will always work with you to reschedule rather than cancel where possible.

If a download link expires, fails, or the file won't open, contact us and we'll re-issue access right away at no cost. A technical delivery issue is never a reason to lose what you paid for.

Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We reverse duplicate charges and clear billing errors promptly.
