Stay Focused Consultants, LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through stayfocusedconsultants.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Contact details you submit through our inquiry, keynote booking, resource download, and assessment forms — typically name, email address, organization, role, and your message.
  • Purchase information when you buy a digital product: billing name, email, and order details. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
  • Basic technical data such as pages visited and referring source, used to understand site performance.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased or requested materials, send transactional messages such as receipts and download links, and improve our services. We may send occasional updates about CTE resources; every such message includes an unsubscribe option.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant infrastructure. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the information needed to fulfill your order.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver purchases (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing), and when required by law.

Data retention and security

Submissions and order records are stored in an access-controlled database and retained as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. Digital product files are stored privately and delivered through expiring, single-purpose download links.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to educators and institutions, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
