Walk your shop with this checklist. Check what passes. Every unchecked box is a finding waiting to happen at your next state visit, insurance review, or worse, after an incident.

1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

2. Hazard Communication & Chemicals

3. Machine Guarding & Equipment

Every machine has its point-of-operation guard in place. 4. Fire, Emergency & First Aid

6. Shop Environment & Housekeeping

7. Supervision, Training & Documentation
